I’ve worked as a driver and also at the driver stations and fulfillment stations. Don’t know why it’s given such a bad reputation to work there.

Just do your job and don’t slack off and you’ll do fine.

It’s pretty relaxed and a fun place to work. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Even if it your screenshot shows otherwise from the start. ALWAYS look the map before you take off especially when you leave warehouse, all stops may say they are sure at a certain time but then it updates and you’re not given notice and then some are already LATE. They have you zig zagging and backtracking like crazy. Let’s no t talk about the routing software. Oh the base pay for amount of packages that you deliver is sometimes too much. You could have a “ great” status but you could be deactivated the next. Their are many things beyond our control especially at route pick ups that we are dinged for on our standings which ultimately decide if you stay a driver or not. Their rating system on your job performance has something to be overhauled. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The flexibility you have to choose when you want to work and the surge pay is good if you can get a route. What is the best part of working at the company?
